MENIFEE, CA – In August we started off in Paso Robles California for MTX Events.This was a one night only show with racing and freestyle. Unfortunately Eric ending up in a roll over in his course of racing but Rick took over and made it to the finals with a close race again Pat Gerber in Shocker. Freestyle was a success; Eric just combined his with racing.
After Paso Robles Obsession Racing headed back up North again to Santa Rosa California for Monster X. Their shows were held on Friday and Saturday evening. This event also had racing and freestyle. On Friday night Rick took the win in racing and on Saturday Eric made it to the finals with a close call against Big Foot. Eric was on fire for freestyle on Saturday night attacking the track and having huge air on every obstacle he hit! Rick also was a crowd pleaser in Wrong Way Rick as the fans are fascinated at how he can drive backwards!
Following Santa Rosa’s show, Rick and Eric loaded up and headed to Grass Valley California to do an event for the Grass Valley Fair. This also was a two day event on Friday and Saturday evening. Friday night Rick went to the finals in racing and Eric started off for freestyle making the other competitors work hard to compete against him!
Saturday night Rick did awesome and won racing and Eric took over in his freestyle run bringing the crowd to their feet!
We finished off August in Lancaster California for Monster X. This was a one night show with racing and freestyle. Eric took the win in racing and they both put on an excellent freestyle! It was a busy and successful month for Obsession Racing!
